Cris & ME Shipping Policy

Cris and Me Art, S.L. (the "Company"), tax ID B56506232, with registered office at Hoces de la Hermida 84, Madrid, sets out this Shipping Policy to govern the delivery of products purchased through the crisandme.es website.

1. Shipping areas

Painting supplies (pigments, brushes, mediums and tools) ship to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Portugal, the rest of the European Union, the United Kingdom and the rest of the world, except Russia and Belarus. Porcelain ships to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and the rest of the European Union.

2. Shipping costs

Painting supplies to mainland Spain (except the Balearic and Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla):

• Standard shipping (5 to 9 working days): free on orders from €25. For smaller orders, €3.95.
• Express shipping (1 to 2 working days): €9.

Painting supplies to the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: €9. Free on orders from €50.

Painting supplies to the Canary Islands: €12. Free on orders from €75.

Painting supplies to Portugal: €5.95. Free on orders from €50.

Painting supplies to the rest of the European Union: €14.95.

Painting supplies to the United Kingdom: €14.95.

Painting supplies to the rest of the world: €29 for orders up to 1 kg and €49 for orders from 1 to 2 kg.

Porcelain to mainland Spain (except the Balearic and Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla): free on orders from €150. For smaller orders, €15.

Porcelain to the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: free on orders from €200. For smaller orders, €15.

Porcelain to the Canary Islands: free on orders from €200. For smaller orders, €22.

Porcelain to the rest of the European Union: €24.95 for orders up to 3.5 kg (about 6 dinner plates). For heavier orders to France, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and Austria, €49 from 3.5 to 7 kg, €69 from 7 to 10.5 kg and €99 above 10.5 kg. To the rest of the European Union, €59, €89 and €129 for the same weight bands. The exact amount is shown at checkout.

Orders with porcelain and painting supplies: in Spain (mainland, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) you only pay the porcelain shipping cost. Painting supplies travel free. In the rest of the European Union, the shipping costs for painting supplies and porcelain are added together.

Rates may change if the carrier changes its prices. The amount you pay is always the one shown when you confirm your order.

3. Delivery times

Painting supplies to mainland Spain: with standard shipping, you will receive your order within 5 to 9 working days. With express shipping, within 1 to 2 working days. Times start from order confirmation. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

Painting supplies to other destinations: 2 to 5 working days to the Balearic Islands, Portugal and the European Union; 3 to 7 working days to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, due to customs; and 4 to 7 working days to the United Kingdom and the rest of the world, from the moment the order leaves our studio.

Made-to-order porcelain: each piece is decorated in our Madrid studio once we receive your order. The approximate delivery time is shown on each product page. For deliveries outside mainland Spain, add the transit time for each destination. If there is any delay, we will let you know by email as soon as possible.

Orders with porcelain and painting supplies: we send the painting supplies within the usual time and the porcelain when it is ready. In Spain, the second shipment has no extra cost.

Delivery times are estimates. The Company is not responsible for delays beyond its control, such as carrier incidents or force majeure.

4. Taxes and customs

No VAT is charged on orders to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. IGIC (Canary Islands) or IPSI (Ceuta and Melilla) and customs handling fees may apply at destination and are paid by the customer.

Shipments outside the European Union, including the United Kingdom, may also be subject to taxes, duties and handling fees at destination, according to local rules. These costs are paid by the customer.

If a parcel is refused or not collected from customs, we will deduct the shipping and return costs from the refund.

5. Order tracking

When your order leaves our studio, you will receive an email with the tracking number, so you can check the delivery status on the carrier's website.

6. Packaging and receipt

We pack every porcelain piece with special protection so that it arrives in perfect condition. When you receive the parcel, check that the box is in good condition. If it is not, tell the carrier at the time of delivery.

If any piece arrives broken, email us at info@crisandme.es within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the piece and the packaging. We will replace it at no cost. For more information, see our Refund and Returns Policy.
