Cris & ME Terms and Conditions of Service

This document sets out the Terms and Conditions of Service (the "Conditions") governing access to and use of the website crisandme.es (the "Website"), and the purchase of products offered through it.

2. Purpose and acceptance

These Conditions govern the sale of products offered through the Website, which include porcelain pieces decorated in our studio and professional supplies for porcelain painting (pigments, enamels, brushes and copaiba oil, among others).

By placing an order through the Website, you fully accept these Conditions, together with the Company's Legal Notice, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Returns and Refunds Policy.

3. Products and prices

Product prices are shown in euros and include the VAT applicable in Spain. The Company may change prices and availability at any time without notice, but the price of an order that has already been confirmed will not change.

4. Ordering process

The ordering process is as follows: selecting products and adding them to the cart; checkout, with shipping and billing details; payment, through Shopify's secure payment gateway; and order confirmation. The order is confirmed once the Company receives payment confirmation, at which point you will receive an email with the details of your purchase.

If a product is not available after the order is confirmed, the Company will let you know and offer you an alternative or a refund of the corresponding amount.

5. Made-to-order and handcrafted products

Most of our porcelain pieces are made to order and decorated with traditional craft techniques in our Madrid studio. The approximate delivery time is shown on each product page.

Because these products are handcrafted, there may be slight variations in colour, stroke or finish compared with the images on the Website. These variations are part of the craft process and are not considered a defect.

If production time is affected by circumstances in the studio, we will let you know as early as possible.

6. Payment

We accept the payment methods enabled at Shopify checkout. All payments are processed securely through Shopify's payment gateway. Cris and Me Art, S.L. does not store your credit or debit card details.

7. Shipping

Shipping conditions, including destinations, costs and delivery times, are set out in our Shipping Policy. The specific costs and times for each order are shown at checkout before final confirmation.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to check the delivery status. Porcelain pieces are packed with extra protection because they are fragile. If your order arrives damaged, see our Returns and Refunds Policy.

8. Returns and right of withdrawal

Return conditions and the right of withdrawal depend on the type of product (porcelain from our collections, personalised pieces, painting supplies and brushes). See our Returns and Refunds Policy for full details.

9. Intellectual and industrial property

All designs, photographs, texts and content on the Website are the property of Cris and Me Art, S.L. or are used with the authorisation of their rightful owners. Reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any other use without the prior written permission of the Company or the rights holder is expressly prohibited.

10. Liability

Cris and Me Art, S.L. is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier or by force majeure, for misuse of the products purchased (especially professional supplies, which must be used according to the manufacturer's instructions for use and safety), or for any damage resulting from incorrect or inappropriate use of the Website.

11. Personal data protection

Your personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR and the Spanish Data Protection Act (LOPDGDD). The Company will only process your data to manage your order and, if you have given your consent, to send you commercial communications. 12. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Conditions are governed by Spanish law. In the event of any dispute regarding their interpretation or performance, as a consumer you have the right to go to the courts of your place of residence or those of Madrid. You can also contact the consumer services of your region.

13. Changes

The Company may update these Conditions at any time. Changes will apply to orders placed after the date the new Conditions are published.

14. Severability

If any clause of these Conditions is declared null or invalid, this will not affect the validity of the remaining clauses, which will remain fully in force.
